A perfect addition for any pizzeria, restaurant or even takeaway is the Cater-Cook Single Deck Oven. The deck is capable of cooking 4 x 12-inch pizzas (without pans) giving you a great output per hour. Also the deck has two independently controlled heating elements you have precise control over the cooking.
Monitor the temperature with ease thanks to the temperature gauge on the control panel. Complete with internal lighting and viewing windows you can monitor your pizzas without letting the heat escape.
The oven has a 600 x 610mm pizza stones so can also be used for bread products too offering a great versatility.
