Sammic PI-10 Commercial Potato Peeler - A stainless steel construction commercial potato peeler, also suitable to peel carrots & other similar products. Comes equipped with a 0-6 min. timer & removable plate for easy cleaning.

• Aluminium base plate lined with silicon carbide abrasive, easily removable for cleaning.
• Lift-able transparent polycarbonate cover, complete with locking & safety device.
• Aluminium door with hermetic seal & safety device.
• Waterproof control board with improved reliability against moisture & water splash.
• Water inlet system with non-return air break.
• Contains water inlet system fitted with electric valve.
• 0-6 minute timer & continuous operation.
• Auxiliary contact for external electric valve & are energy efficient.
• Auto drag of waste to drain & the water inlet system with non-return air break in all models.
