The Synergy Grill SG1300 is constructed from high quality stainless steel, ensuring it is robust and durable enough to cope with the day to day rigors of any commercial kitchen. There is no need for a fat collection drawer/tray as the fat is completely atomised by the radiant heat, leading to a better tasting 'cleaner' product. Another key feature is the performance of the Synergy Grill as it cooks better with more food placed on the grill and doesn't drop in temperature when new food is added. Synergy Grills have been proven to save the customer money on their gas consumption with some cases resulting in Massive Savings.
