With the capacity to hold 7x 1/3GN pans you can store key ingredients. Whether it is pizza toppings, sandwich fillings, or even dish accompaniments.
As well as the saladette you have a 320-litre refrigerated area underneath, which not only comes with adjustable shelving but is also gastronorm compatible allowing for smooth, efficient flow within busy kitchens.
Finally, the Prep Counter is supplied on castors as standard. Not only does this make it easy to position but also maneuver during cleaning.
