The Blast chiller/freezer is also user friendly with its easy-to-use LCD touch screen, helping reduce food waste from user error. Either select from pre-set cycles or store your own recipes. Supplied on castors as standard as well as a stainless-steel interior and exterior the Polar is easy to clean and maintain.
Finally, the Polar UA016 is part of Polar's pinnacle U-Series range of refrigeration equipment designed for the most demanding of businesses where the unit will be accessed frequently. Capable of operating in temperatures of up to 43°C.
