Pressed from a single piece of stainless steel, the Valentine EVO250 has a smooth rounded, easy to clean profile. The design has a small cool zone which ensures that it takes less oil to fill the fryer with the same output.

• In-tank sensor constantly analyses the oil to ensure the highest standard of product is made.
• The EV250 automatically adjusts cooking time depending on the quantity of the basket.
• Can produce 20-26kgs of chips per hour.
