Introducing the VGen Heated Trolley With a Gantry. This model is specifically designed for the Education sector, a place where simplicity and easy to use is key. This system allows you to cook/regenerate and serve fresh, chilled or frozen bulks of food. Having cooking and serving all in one place and on wheels! Making it even easier to get around and move, whether it's being stored away when not in use or being moved from room to room, this model is ideal for everyone. Each oven has 8 shelves which can fit GN1/1 Pans. Air recirculating around the unit allows heat to be evenly distributed throughout.

Holding hot bulk food above 63c, compartment controlled at 90c
• Serve hot
Hot top serving area controlled at 90c.
