Baffle filters used in extraction canopies provide the perfect alternative to mesh grease filters.


Baffle filters are designed to allow grease and grime to collect within the fins and drip into either a grease tray or long collection run. Most canopies are installed with a drainage tap to allow for the emptying and cleaning of the system whenever it is required.
