Our range of Casta Teppanyaki griddles are all fitted with Chrome finished cooking plates. The Chrome finish not only makes cleaning easier, presenting a nioer looking appliance to your customer, but also reduces energy costs as the Chrome keeps the heat in the plate and does not let it radiate out as on standard steel griddles - this has an added benefit on reducing heat into the working environment.
