The Mazzer Super Jolly burrs are manufactured entirely from Swedish hardened stainless steel, and are regarded to be some of the best that are currently available, ensuring durability and reliability as well as a perfect grind for longer. With the clever design, the burrs are easy to calibrate, and easy to clean should you need to access the burr's of the Super Jolly. Of course, cleaning crystals may also be used to remove the need to clean the burrs directly completely.
