As one of Turkey's first first industrial kitchen equipment sector manufacturers, Ozti (Oztiryakiler) originally began production in the beginning of 1958 in a workshop just 50 square meters. Today, Ozti operate with over 1,600 employees in a closed production area of 130,000m squared.

Ozti's sustained high performance in both Turkish and international markets has consistently drawn attention in global markets, attracting interest from major investment institutions. For this reason, in 2019, a partnership was established through a share sale and capital increase with Hoshizaki's European investments division.


This partnership, aimed at achieving strong competitive power in global markets, has brought together the technological expertise, experience, and financial strength of Hoshizaki (an industry giant) with Ozti flexible and highly dynamic production capabilities. As a result of this strategically driven collaboration, Ozti has gained significant potential power both at home and internationally.


All products manufactured by Ozti, particularly its equipment, undergo rigorous testing in both in-house and third-party laboratories accredited by international certification bodies. The company holds over 2,000 certifications for various products and product groups, ensuring compliance with national and export market standards.


Key certifications include CE for the European market, SASO and QMark for Saudi Arabia, ETL and NSF for the United States, and EAC (Customs Union Certificate) for Russia, among others. These certifications reinforce Ozti's commitment to delivering high-quality, globally compliant products.


In 1998, Ozti obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, followed by ISO 14000 Environmental Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 22163 International Railway Industry Standard Management System certifications.


As one of the select companies exporting products under its own brand to international markets, Ozti was among the first 34 firms to receive the TURQUALITY certification and a third five-year renewal approval from the Ministry of Trade. This recognition was awarded as part of the 10 Brands in 10 Years initiative, which supports companies with strong corporate governance and brand performance in global markets.
