Scotsman has launched a brand new range of icemakers that are not only amongst the most eco-friendly on the market, but also produce a wide choice of different ice types to suit any commercial catering business.
This includes commercial ice machines that make gourmet (slow melting ice cubes perfect for straight spritis), dice (softer ice for easier blending), and cubelet/nugget ice (ideal for fast food, pubs and hotel bars alike).
The Eco X range also includes Scotsman's DXN107 and DXN207 ice dispeners, a most have have for self-serve and bottomless drinks.
