Chicken basket attachment for pig and hog roasters. The chicken basket uses the spit pole supplied with roaster.
Robust stainless steel construction.
Roasts up to 40 medium chickens at one time, to feed up to 160 slavering customers with a quarter chicken.
Baskets hook on to the spit pole.
All parts are quickly and easily dismantled for cleaning.
Baked potatoes, approx 120 to 150 per batch depending on size.
Roast corn cobs, approx 300 per batch.
The versatile cooking system may be mixed ie. 20 chickens with spit roasting pig in the other half.
