Electrolux's range of high productivity boiling pans are designed to uniformly heat food in the base ans side walls of the kettle by an indirect heating system that uses an indirect heating system. Electrolux Variomix tilting kettle uses integrally generated saturated steam at a temperature of 120°C in the jacket with an automatic deaeration system. the bottom agitator mixes at speeds from 25 to 100RPM, also the unit has the capability to perform a whipping cycle at 200RPM.

To install this unit you need the following parts.
• 928150 - Left leg/ column (this does not come with the machine, as you can suite up more than one unit and therefore would not need this leg for each unit).
• 928029 - Fixture - 1 needed per pan.
• 928034 - Floor fastening kit for left column (to bolt the unit the unit to the floor).
• 928035 - Floor fastening kit for right column (to bolt the unit the unit to the floor).
