Electrolux Professional 391401 900XP Gas Griddle Cooktop - Part of Electrolux's amazing cook range, the 391401 can be used as a standalone unit or suited into a 900XP range.

The 391401 features two powerful burners with an 800mm wide smooth cooking surface capable of a temperature range between 90°C - 270°C.

Features:
• 15 Thick cooking surface for optimum grilling results.
• Rough brushed chrome cooking surface which is highly scratch resistant.
• Temperature range from 90°C up to 270°C.
• Stainless steel splash guard, which is fully removable and dishwasher safe.
• Separate controls for each half of the cooking surface.
• Large drain hole helps collect fat under the cooking surface.
• Piezo spark ignition with thermostatic valves
• IPX5 protection.
