This stainless steel oven thermometer features a clear �50mm dial with colour-coded zones. The green marker indicates the minimum temperature that the commercial heated display units should be kept at. The oven thermometer indicates indicates temperature over a range of 50 to 300�C in 10�C divisions.

This unit can be free-standing or hung from a shelf & should be positioned in the middle of the oven for the most accurate temperature reading.
