The Buffalo DM079 Knife Steriliser is a durable stainless steel wall mounted lockable cabinet featuring a clear lockable door, adjustable 120 minute timer and capable of storing up to 15 knives.

The ultraviolet light switches off automatically when the door is opened. Ideal for securely storing knives and helping to prevent cross contamination in a busy commercial or professional kitchen.
