The Buffalo L515 Countertop Electric Griddle features a large steel plate cooking surface, ideal for preparing a wide range of breakfast, lunch or dinner menu items.

Controlled by a simple thermostat dial and featuring a stainless steel exterior and concealed removable drip tray, the unit is easy to use, clean and maintain. The heavy duty, commercial grade elements rapidly and evenly heat up the cooking surface for consistent cooking results every time.
