The Buffalo L553 Double Contact Grill with flat plates is a powerful, all-purpose grill perfect for use in busy commercial kitchens. The unit's sturdy construction and independently controlled, heavy duty cast iron hot plates make it easy to rapidly and effortlessly grill a wide range of products including bacon, sausages, eggs, sandwiches, panini and more.

The unit features built in digital timers with audible alarms for consistent results every tine, and clean up after service is easy thanks to the grill's wipe clean stainless steel surfaces and removable grease collection tray.
