The Buffalo P109 Cast Iron Large Countertop Electric Griddle is a superbly versatile appliance enabling you to quickly and efficiently grill a wide range of food products including bacon, sausage, eggs, burgers and more.

The griddle Features a large cast iron grill plate which, once seasoned, provides an excellent non stick cooking surface. The plate is heated by a heavy duty commercial grade element controlled by a simple thermostat dial. Clean up is quick and easy as well, thanks to a removable drip / grase tray and wipe-clean stainless steel surfaces.
