The Somerset CDR-100S 10" Compact Single Pass Dough Roller is a versatile tabletop dough sheeter designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain, making it ideal for use in commercial kitchens and food production environments where space is limited. Somerset's CDR-100 dough rollers can roll up to 500-600 pieces of dough per hour into sheets up to 10" (25cm) wide, delivering consistent results time after time. Perfect for for pizza, tortillas, pastry, flatbreads and more!
