The CK0089 Cater-Cook 6 slot toaster has a robust, stainless steel finish and has the function to heat either all, half or a third of the slots, reducing energy consumption during quieter periods. The product features a 5-minute timer which, when finished, causes an alarm to sound and automatically switches off the power when the cooking cycle is complete. The toaster is also fitted with a removable crumb tray and a manual ejector lift bar that makes it possible to raise and lower the bread at any time during its cooking cycle without interrupting cooking.

This unit is made from heavy duty components but speeding up toasters is a tricky one. Toasting is all about the creation of 6-acetyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine and unfortunately, that molecule can only be formed in the 285�F/ 140�C and 320�F/ 160�C range. Hotter than that and we see bitter flavours and charcoal. It's possible that your unit isn't performing as it should. Please contact our service team, we are here to help.
