With the wet heat allowing you to keep the food warm without burning or drying out and you do not have to worry about it boiling dry as the Cater-Cook Bain Marie has boil dry protection. Supplied on a 13-amp plug set up couldn't be quicker just plug and play.

At the end of service cleaning couldn't be simpler with the front tap for easy draining of water. Use existing gastronorm pans or choose ones to suit your needs with our extensive selection of gastronorm containers
