The steel plate griddle from Buffalo has been designed with the professional kitchen in mind. With a powerful heavy-duty element the griddle offers great performance, reliability, and versatility. Great for cooking a range of menu items from meats, to vegetables. Thanks to the large 520 x 330mm cooking area there is plenty of room to cook multiple food items at once. The Buffalo griddle is simple to use with a front mounted dial temperature control. With quick heat up times and even across the surface giving fewer hotspots that could potentially burn food. Finally during the cooking process the grease is collected in the front channel with a removable drawer for easy cleaning. Ideal for businesses such as cafés, B&Bs, mobile catering and more.
