It has two independently operated 3kW fryer tanks with two 13A plugs and cables supplied meaning you can utilise one or both fryers when required, saving energy when needed but provides flexibility when cooking larger amounts. The 2 x 9 litre capacity tanks means the fryer can cook up to 24kg of chips per hour. As it is thermostatically controlled, you will be provided with accurate cooking temperatures throughout your cooking. For additional safety, this commercial counter-top twin fryer also has a fail-safe top temperature cut-out, and, with the front mounted controls, it gives you piece of mind and ensures safe operation.
