The generous 417 litre capacity of the Polar Triple Door Fridge lets you increase your storage capacity whilst still having plenty of prep space. With a 1/1 gastronorm compatible interior you can easy store prepped ingredients for easy access at a later time allowing for a smoother service during busy times. Complete with lockable castors the fridge will be easy to place and manoeuvre when needing to clean. The upstand at the rear of the unit lets you place this against your wall without worrying about food falling down behind.
