The Falcon Dominator Plus E3122 Electric boiling top features dual fast acting circular hotplates, giving any commercial catering kitchen additional boiling capacity when needed. Constructed from high grade stainless steel, with Falcons signature bull nose design and easy access controls with permanent laser etched icons, the E3122 is built to last in any commercial kitchen whilst providing variable and accurate temperature control.

Available either as it stands, on 4 heavy duty adjustable legs, or atop a fixed or mobile stand.
