Falcon E711 Counter-top Electric Convection Oven

This versatile, compact countertop, 1/1 gastronorm compatible fan-assisted convection oven is ideal to be positioned upon a worktop or stand. It is supplied with 13A plug, ready to plug in and use. Oven temperature range is 50° - 240°C and simple controls offer precise temperature control and specific timing. The oven chamber features integral light and multi-position runners. Six shelf positions are provided to accommodate the three shelves which are supplied as standard. Designed for commercial use in a wide variety of locations such as pubs/restaurants, hotels and retail, the E711 is ideal for baked potatoes, scones, pastries and croissants, pies, puddings and much more...

For even more additional capacity within the same footprint why not stack two units one on top of the other? With a low level shelf and stacking kit available, this is a quick and simple way to increase the output from your kitchen. Total height of stacked unit is 1630mm.
