Features:
• 1 piece pressed worktop in 1.5mm stainless steel with smooth, rounded corners.
• Exterior panels in stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.
• Has right-angled, laser cut side edges to allow flush-fitting joins between units eliminating gaps & possible dirt traps.
• Mild steel cooking surface with smooth plate.
• The cooking plate is manufactured from 12mm thick special mild steel for even temperature distribution & is ideal for grilling & browning. The radiant heat allows thicker cuts of meat to be cooked perfectly.
• Temperature range adjustable from 200°C to 400°C.
• Very fast heat-up time to maximum temperature.
• On the front of the cooking surface there is a full length grease drainage channel & a large drain hole to drain excess grease & fat into a 1.5 litre grease collection drawer.
• Grease collector drawer may be filled with water to facilitate cleaning.
• Supplied in nat gas - convertible to LPG on site.
