The electronic programmability & automatic lifting of the baskets make this unit a must for any kitchen wanting to standardize their cooking procedures.
Pasta cooker with possibility to set 5 different cooking times for each basket. Upon termination of cooking cycle the basket is automatically lifted from the water.
4 different boiling cycles may be chosen, varying from gentle, ideal from home-made (fresh) pasta, to full power for normal types of pasta.
Rapid system preheats the top-in water up to 60�C (3kW water boiler).
Large drain controlled through a manual ball-valve for fast emptying of the well.
Infra-red heating system to ensure high performances positioned below the base of the well.
