Features:
• 1 piece pressed worktop in 2mm stainless steel with smooth, rounded corners.
• Exterior panels in stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.
• Has right-angled, laser cut side edges to allow flush-fitting of units side-by-side thus eliminating gaps & possible dirt traps.
• Oven cavity in stainless steel with cast iron ribbed base plate to allow for the direct placement of pans.
• Adjustable stainless steel feet up to 50mm in height.
• 10.5kW single central burner, with flame failure device, protected pilot light & piezo ignition.
• Durable cast iron cooking surface with differentiated temperature zones provides a maximum temperature in the centre of 500°C & gradually decreasing to 200°C at the perimeter to allow for different types cooking (fierce boiling at centre – low simmering at perimeter).
• Gas oven with stainless steel, tubular, high efficiency, atmospheric burners positioned below the base plate.
• Stainless steel oven chamber with 3 levels of runners to accommodate 2/1GN trays.
• Temperature Range: 120°C to 280°C.

Unit supplied in Nat Gas, can be converted on site to LPG.
