The Roller Grill FD80 counter-top fryer is a small yet powerful addition to any small to medium sized kitchen. It's 8 Litre capacity is suited for quick frying of french fries, fish, donuts or more. The fryers cool zone helps you maintain both oil & food quality. With a whopping 100�C difference in temperature to the hot oil above, this prevents burning of food particulates that are a result of the frying process.

Constructed from high quality stainless steel, the FD80 is robust enough to survive each service ready for the next. Equipped with a precise bulb-thermostat for accurate temperature regulation, along side a double safety thermostat. When it comes time to empty and clean, the fryers control box is fully removable allowing for complete access to the oil tank.
