Carpigiani Freeze & Go

Add delicious gelato to your menu with ease thanks to the Carpigiani Freeze & Go. In three simple steps your gelato will be ready to serve. Simply pour your chilled mixture into the cylinder, connect the cylinder and start freezing, finally the machine will tell you when it is ready. All of this in a compact vintage design, making it perfect for front or back of house. Once the gelato is ready the Freeze & Go will keep it at the proper consistency until the cylinder is removed.

With a built in protective lid the freeze and go will automatically stop the beater if this is removed during the freezing process providing staff with extra safety. As well as that the beater and cylinder can be removed making the machine easy to clean. Not only that, but the machine also the cylinders protective lid closes every time it is removed from the machine.
