The versatile G9581 Falcon gas griddle can handle pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, it's polished smooth steel griddle plate offers the best cooking solutions. This model has an 18mm thick plate, two 8.2kW burners, is thermostatically controlled and has a temperature range of 100-300°C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area makes the G9581 easier to clean.
The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps. This unit is supplied on adjustable feet, with fixed or mobile stand available.
