The Mibrasa HMB160 Counter Top Charcoal Oven is a great edition to any fine dining establishment to create complex and defined smokey flavours.

The HMB model is one of the most compact Mibrasas in the range and is often incorporated into a horizontal cooking range or placed on to a refrigerated drawer base.

The technical specifications allow the user to accurately control the air flow through the grill, changing the intensity of the embers. This is an extremely efficient way of cooking and cuts down the amount of charcoal needed.
