Each section comes with two 1/1gn nylon coated wire shelves or tray slides to accommodate your gastronorm pans making moving products from the fridge to your combi or other cooking equipment easy. The Opal HO3U-SS is also low in cost to run using just 1.69kW per 24 hours.
