Featuring a 36 inch wide, ½ inch thick polished steel griddle plate, it provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. Powered by heavy duty electric heating elements it delivers rapid heat up times, fast recovery, and precise thermostatic temperature control to ensure consistent cooking throughout service. Its durable stainless steal construction, integrated grease trough and removable grease drawer make cleaning and maintenance simple.
