The Buffalo bakery convection oven is loaded with features that will help save time and energy whilst also improving cooking results, from the simple push-button humidity injection function which helps keep food moist, to the double-pane glass door that allows you to monitor the cooking process without having to open the oven. The fan ensures a fast heat-up time and even temperatures throughout the cavity to ensure your baked goods are cooked uniformly.
