These superb Automated Pasta cookers are designed to save labour and guarantee product quality, simply load the pasta & the timer will then take over and automatically lift the basket out at the end of the cooking time.

• Supplied with 3 pasta baskets per tank as standard each fitted with individual timed automatic basket lifts.
• Each basket is 1/3 GN size - perforated with heat proof handles.
• Pasta boiler tanks are manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel - will not corrode due to salt in water.
• Manual water filling of each tank by water inlet valve.
• Fitted with shut off safety stat if water level is too low - prevents damage to tank if.
• Timer for setting cooking time.
• Baskets can be raised manually or by the pre set time.
• Fitted with starch overflow system - allows starch to be removed during cooking.
• Basket drainer plate on front of boiler.
• All 304 stainless steel construction - durable and easy to clean.
