Also, offering you complete convenience, the Carpiginai Labo 6/9 XPL P allows you to start the production cycles whilst still adding ingredients. With the versatile shelf and drip tray gives you further convenience with cleaning.

Finally, the machine gives you guaranteed hygiene with the delayed cleaning program, this works by controlling the temperature of the cylinder once the gelato has been extracted. This results in the immediate cleaning of the machine not being necessary.
