Launched by Lincat in 2019, the LCOXL counter top convection oven is an excellent solution for a wide range of commercial cooking establishments. This oven has capacity for 4x 1/1 gastronorms, which means you can cook several foods that require similar cooking instructions. The LCOXL features a 2.5kW fan assisted oven with rapid heat-up time and a 50-250°C temperature range, making it ideal for slow rising pastries or bread products, to fast, high temperature cooked pizzas. Its simple to use dial controls with a 55 minute timer mean you can easily setup the convection oven to your desired cooking requirements. Its double glazed door is not only convenient for the professional cook or chef, as you can keep a check of your foods without letting out heat, but it also becomes it’s own sales assistant as your customers can peruse what your currently cooking.
As the LCOXL is useable on counter-tops, it means it is suitable for those cafes, small restaurants, kitchens or shops where space saving is vital and don’t have the capacity for a built in, or free-standing oven or may still need the space at other times, so provides flexibility on where it is used.
The oven is also easy to clean, as the side opening door and removable shelves means it provides access to the easy to wipe interior.
