Cuppone's patented LLKP40 Heated Pizza Dough Press has been designed for quick, efficient and uniform production of pizza bases up to 16" in size, making it an invaluable time saving device ideal for high capacity use in busy takeaways, restaurants and pizzeria. The Pizza Press is extremely easy to use and allows you to set the exact dough thickness you require for your pizza, producing bases with perfect uniformity in seconds. The press also finishes your bases with a layer of starch gel to help deliver perfectly even results and reduce cooking time.

Made in Italy, the Cuppone Pizza Presses are built from durable and stylish stainless steel and fitted with all safety devices required for international legislation. Each Pizza Press comes complete with flour drawer and dough tray and can be supplied with either bevelled or flat pressing plates and an optional stand.
