The Biepi MC-1 Barista PRO 2 Group is a professional two-group espresso machine designed for speciality coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and other demanding commercial environments. Building on the MC-1 platform, the Barista PRO introduces independent brewing-group temperature control, allowing each group to be set individually for different coffee blends and extraction requirements. A 12-litre boiler, electronic boiler temperature control and 3,965W heating system provide strong thermal performance during busy service. The intuitive touchscreen allows operators to adjust group and boiler temperatures, while the high-group configuration provides clearance for espresso cups, latte glasses and takeaway cups. The MC-1 Barista PRO also features cool-touch steam wands, fast opening steam knobs and Nanotech treatment on the portafilters further improve everyday barista operation.
