Not only is the Chefsrange ECE16B Pressure Fryer capable of holding up to 3 heads of chicken (size dependent), but it is also supplied on a 13-amp plug for easy install. The countertop design makes it perfect for fish and chip shops, cafés or other establishments wanting to offer a wider range of fried foods.
As well as being fitted with user friendly programmable controls for consistent results every time, the countertop pressure fryer also comes with a front mounted tap to allow the oil to be easily drained. Finally, the stainless-steel construction means the fryer is easy to clean.
