With the Lincat Opus OE8017 Range you can enjoy up to 90% efficiency compared to a standard electric or gas range. The powerful 5kW induction zones generate heat in the pan rather than the hob service helping reduce the heat in the kitchen.

Not only is the hob powerful but it also features a 4kW fan-assisted oven that can hold up to 3 x 1/1 gastronorm pans. Finally, to ensure the longevity of the induction oven Lincat has manufactured it from quality materials in the UK not to mention including multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection.
