Lincat Opus 800 OE8701 Electric Pasta Boiler

The OE8701 Pasta Boiler from Lincat's premium Opus 800 range is highly efficient and versatile. Capable of cooking large quantities of pasta, rice and a wide range of other food items, the built in starch removal system will keep your water fresh and give you consistent product quality every time. The OE8701 features a direct connection to water supply and waste with the addition of boil-dry protection to prevent damage to the machine. The OE8701 can also be used as a steamer or Bain Marie, making it an extremely versatile unit in any modern commercial kitchen. A wide range of baskets for different configurations are supplied separately from the machine.
