With powerful 7.5kW concentric burners the Lincat OG8002 6-Burner Oven gives focused heat distribution whether you need a fast boil or a low simmer and thanks to the low flue you get complete use of the hob.

Alongside the powerful hob you will also get a large, powerful 9.5kW oven capable of holding up to 4x 1/1GNs allowing you to deliver a high volume of quality food. Finally, the Opus 6-burner has a strong construction including heavy-duty single cast iron supports meaning it will cope even in the most rigorous of kitchens.
