The Sirman Palladio 330 EVOS differs from the Palladio 330 in that it offers a high quality Stonehenge Plus coating. This covers the base, table, knife guard, rim, blade cover, carriage, end weight and sharpener housing. This coating makes the product highly resistant to acids and sanitizing chemicals and is easy to clean.
Not only this, the added feature of the cast aluminum alloy with special ceramic-Teflon coating treatment is ideal for processing sticky products.
