The unit's nimble size and mobility allows it to be wheeled into position alongside your existing Bain Marie or meal delivery system. Sitting at 900mm tall, the PH1 suits perfectly with existing kitchen equipment.

With an amble plate storage of up to 60 (180-260mm diameter) plates will keep your clientele happy throughout service. Using spring loaded operation, each piece of porcelain is easily accessible without force. The PH1 is also supplied with a clear lid, to retain heat while not in use.
