An ideal cooking solution for the smaller cook to order businesses is the Lincat PHER01/SPH Induction Cooker. Complete with six zones that offer 1.85kW of power with a 3kW boost option as well as a large oven holding up to six 1/1GNs the Lincat Phoenix is great for care homes and schools.

Finally, thanks to the quality construction the induction cooker is easy to clean and is supplied on castors as standard for easy manoeuvrability.

• Boost zones to 3kW for ten minutes (other zones will drop during boost).
• Automatic cut-off when no pan is detected reducing energy usage.
• Large fan-assisted 6kW oven.

• Oven Temperature Range: 50° to 250°C.
• Supplied with three W706 x D512mm shelves.
• Five shelf positions.
• Durable 6mm high impact glass ceramic surface.
